What Is Video E-Counselling?

Accessibility matters to me! While my office is conveniently located in downtown Toronto's Greektown, at the Carrot Common (near Chester subway station, and with ample street and lot parking spots), I understand that it may not always be easy to travel for an in-office session.

This doesn’t mean that you shouldn’t have access to psychotherapy, counselling or coaching services!

Regardless of where you are, I offer video e-counselling on a platform with state-of-the-art security and encryption protocols which are HIPAA/HITECH compliant, in order to ensure your privacy and confidentiality.

The Video e-Counselling service allows us to engage with one another through a protected and private platform so that we can work together through a virtual session, just as you would if you were joining me in office.

I know you are busy, but don’t let that stop you from receiving the support you need.

Video e-counselling is a cost-effective and flexible solution to your counselling and coaching needs, especially for those of you who do not have insurance benefits. Session fees may be lower than in-office sessions, and weekend flexibility is available.

Please note that video e-counselling sessions are NOT meant to address crisis, trauma or other serious mental health concerns. For such concerns, in-office sessions are required.

To discuss whether you might be the right candidate for video e-counselling, please schedule a free 30-minute telephone consultation with me by clicking the "Schedule Appointment" button on the top right of this page.
